Shrimp Grill Meatballs With Mango Sauce

Shrimp Grill Meatballs with Mango Sauce recipe is easy to make and the kids also really liked. The shape and size of Meatballs can be made according to you want.


500 grams shrimp, peel, finely chopped

2 tbsp plain flour

6 tablespoons flour

1 egg, beaten off

2 liters of water, bring to a boil

Skewer, to taste


3 cloves garlic

5 red onions

½ teaspoon pepper

¼ tsp coriander

1 teaspoon salt

Mango Sauce:

10 pieces of curly red chili

100 grams of peanuts, fried

100 grams of young mango, finely chopped

1 tsp sugar

1 teaspoon salt

400 ml water

Directions :

1. Mix the chopped shrimp, flour, starch, egg and spice paste. Mix well. Round-round dough with 2 tablespoons fruit. Enter the dough directly into boiling water, let it float and mature. Drain.
